Retail

Omnichannel e-commerce for retailers with stores and stock

A large catalogue, with store stock and online stock in one view.

Store and online stock in one view · The ERP stays · Search that holds a large catalogue

The website and the shop floor disagree

A large catalogue with two stock pictures will oversell or hide products you could have sold.

Retail catalogues are big, and the interesting unit is often in a store, not in the warehouse the website knows about. Online says it is gone. The shop floor has it. Or the website sells it, and the store had already promised it to someone standing there.

We put store stock and online stock in one view, and connect that view to the store, the marketplaces and the warehouse. A live demo in a store can sell into the same shop, when you want the camera in the aisle and the order on your site.

The ERP stays, and we connect to it. Search and admin have to keep working with a very large catalogue.

What weighs most

Catalogue size, one stock picture, and a way for the shop floor to sell online.

Large catalogues

Search and admin that still work when the catalogue is big, not only when it is a few hundred products.

One stock view

Store stock and online stock shown together, so an order can use the shop floor when you allow it.

In-store to online

A live demo in a store can pin a product and sell it on your site, instead of sending the customer elsewhere.

The systems you have

We connect to your ERP and warehouse where they offer an API. We confirm that on the call.

In use

The site offers a unit the store can hand over.

A size shows as available because a store still has it. The online order is allowed to use that stock. The shop floor sees the hold before someone else sells the same item.
Only if the brief says online orders may use store stock.

Questions

Can online orders use store stock?

Yes, when that stock is in the same view as the online stock. An order can draw on the shop floor if the brief says so. We connect to the systems that already hold those counts. We do not replace them.
