Terms of use

These terms cover browsing this website and sending the booking form. Software we build for a client is a separate contract. Nothing here is that contract, a subscription, or a set of plans.

Samisoftz is a software studio with three lines of work: CRA reporting set-up and evidence tools for EU product makers, custom e-commerce builds, and AI consulting and implementation inside the tools a business already runs. A page on this site describes that work. It is not a promise that a new brief will turn out the same way, and it is not legal advice.

You own what we build for you and where it runs. We license our reusable core. We may reuse our own building blocks (for example clock logic and export templates). If we do, you get a licence to use them for as long as you run the software. Everything written for you is yours. That line is the working rule. The contract for a job is what makes it binding.

When you send the form you confirm the details are accurate enough for us to reply. We may say the work is not a fit.

You may read the pages and share links to them. You may not copy the site design or text and present it as your own. The site is provided as it is. We'll correct a mistake when we know about it.
